No. TrueID is designed to be intuitive and straightforward to use. All you need is an internet-connected device with a camera, including a smartphone, tablet or computer. A detailed user guide is also available if you need it.
A Verifier has access to TrueID's reporting and management functions and can review and retrieve verification records. An Identity Agent has restricted access to conduct assigned VOI, VOA or Client Authorisation appointments. Once an interview is submitted, the Identity Agent can no longer access that record.
A user is anyone you invite to access your TrueID account, whether as a Verifier or Identity Agent. You control who has access, the role they're assigned and whether their account remains active.
